check the fuse for the radio. the little link in the middle of the fuse will be blown apart, meaning its bad.

that's the 'acc' circuit in the fuse box (i guess it means accessories?). anyway, it's either a 10 or 15 amp fuse (red). on mine anyway. It was blowing everytime i hit a bump - 'twas the cig lighter that was bouncing around. just don't put a higher fuse on it or you may blow something in the circuit.

scratch that - just went on my cig break and checked - it's a 20 amp, yellow fuse. The radio still played when i pulled it.

thanks boys, just changed it, havent seen if it worked yet, but it was the ACC and it was the 20 amp, thanks again

the fuse im speaking of is a 30 amp. and it will make it so your power locks wont work without the car on. also kills the the constant 12v to your stereo which makes it retain memory stations etc. it was blowing everytime somebody pushed the lighter in to use it so i threw the lighter away. kus i only had one fuse left.
