1987 IROC with 5.7L Previous owner changed the relay plugs on drivers side firewall needless to say not sure if he got them back on the right relay i think i got that sorted out as car will start if you put fuel in intake but will not run have chilton manual but can not figure out were to go next there is no fuel at the fuel rails i think the fuel pump is not getting power all interior fuses are good, but can not find the relay or power source for the fuel pump under the hood.

do you hear the fuel pump come on when you turn the key? there is a relay for that too, maybe he replaced it wrong or somethin.
turn the key up, but not all the way. the radio should come on, ect dash lights up ect... listen to hear the fuel pump come on. it should sound like a buzzing. if not, check those relays you mentioned.

thing is they all have the same plug, so they will all work....
you can swap them around if you choose.
if you turn the key and hear a faint click from that area, then the relay is working, and time to change the fuel pump

What ever you do please dont cut a hole in the trunk. Have you ever done a fuel pump in one of these cars? If not they are a little bit of a job but it can be done fairly easy if you just take your time.
