if you take care of it and do a few upgrades, it will be worth more when you sell it.

i bought my 86 camaro when i was 15 for only 800$. look where it's at now. i could sell it for much more than 800$.

you are buying this car for 3bills, in much better shape than i started with. will be much easier to take care of.

thats true. with my luck and proof of past purchase expendigers, i am notorious for getting myself into situtations that i have to spend my way out of. thats why i am being very cautious about buying this car.

i am not worried about the actual mechanical work, its the part cost and so on that im worried about.

i know the ac is low on freon so that must mean it has a leak somewhere, so if its the condinser that will run me out the butt. i know i have to get a new instrument cluster but i cant find one that i can get preset to the current milage. im not too worried about the rear and front seals because i have a buddy that restores mustangs for people and i know he will help me with that at his shop.

i know its a reliable engine, from what everyone has told me atleast.

nitemare3o5, im assuming you have a 305 in your car. is it a TBI aswell?

yes mine is a 3o5. hence the name. it was a factory lg4 engine, computer controlled carb motor. i removed the ecm and everything, and switched it over to a complete mechanical carb system using edelbrock carb, edelbrock intake, msd ignition box, msd distributor, msd blaster coil... all stuff to maek it run without the ecm. old school carb now.

i refuse most lowballers that lowball me over the phone or by email or something also.... if you arent in front of me waving money in my face, how do i know you are serious. most people that offer you less are hoping youll say yes before even meeting them so they can offer you less when they actually show up.

i sell alot of stuff from cars to everything.... 3200 is reasonable. take that in cash and go get it hes not gonna refuse 32 100 dollar bills if you make it look like your serious about taking your money somewhere else and spending it somewhere else. i wont let someone leave over a couple hundred bucks.... then again if its got the exhaust and all he probably wont budge. Comes down to whether you want the upgrades that come with it or not

tell him all you want is the catback. if the stock y pipe is good, keep it.

putting headers is a huge pain in the ass. it took me 3 days to get the headers and y pipe off my parts car. i paid an exhaust shop to put my headers and y pipe and cat back on my back still hurt from taking that shit off.

cat back is easy enough to do yourself.
